Duties:
- Adapting to changing conditions in a positive manner.
- Communicating and working respectfully with a strong team, consistently delivering excellence in customer service.
- Following direction from leadership on assigned tasks.
- Following established safe work policies and practices.
- Following Shannon's Irish Pub and Eatery Inc. policies and procedures.
- Meeting the established attendance expectations.
- Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.
- Smart Choices/Serving safe certificate required.
- 3 years minimum service experience is expected.
- Able to work well with a strong team that supports each other.
- Fun, energetic, and able to manage a quick-changing atmosphere from daytime to evening.
